Prawn To-Go
Grand Central Market, served fresh.

Overview
A smaller Prawn with its own point of view.
Prawn To-Go brought the restaurant’s seafood-focused concept into Los Angeles’s historic Grand Central Market. The counter-service format needed to move faster while remaining clearly connected to the original brand.
We preserved the teal palette, fish-scale details, and marine cues, then introduced a more casual, slightly retro expression suited to the market. A five-foot neon sign became both a beacon and the project’s defining gesture.
